Special Live Music and Lecture,
Mallku from Peru
7pm to 10pm
Vicki Two Feathers and Mallku will share about the up and coming October/November 2009 Mystical and Magical Journey to Peru. This trip will cover territory that ranges from the sea level city of Lima, to the highest navigable lake in the world at 12,500 feet above sea level, Lake Titicaca. While on this trip you will spend time in the Sacred Ancient City of Machu Picchu. An experience awaits you, your connection with your divine self -a transpersonal, transformational journey within.
Mallku- Sensitive Artist and Promoter of Andean Culture- collaborated during the decade of the 1980's in the co-edition of books on Natural Medicine. In 1997 he presented his book "Camino Iniciatico Inka, el Despertar del Puma" (Inka Initiation Path-the Awakening of the Puma), in which he revealed a measure of Esoteric Knowledge on the subject of Andean Archaeo-astronomy. In 1999 he dedicated an honorable tribute to the Sacred City of Machu Picchu in his book "Eternamente Machu Picchu, Ciudad de Peregrinos" (Machu Picchu Forever, City of Pilgrims).
His research has earned his amazing and well deserved gifts, as well as recognition and acknowledgements such as the publication of the first of his books, In Poland and Hungary. MALLKU is an international lecturer and teaches about the Millenarian Culture of the Andes, promoting the Shamanic experiences as one of the Paths of Liberation for the present generation. In his current and latest book "Inka Power Places, Solar Initiations" he reveals sacred secrets of the Initiation Knowledge of the Amauta Sages, which were expressed in their Temples, Palaces and Cities as testimony for all time.

Boston Carter's Class/Discussion Group
7pm to 9pm
"Karma and Universal Laws"
The purpose of this class is to help you learn universal law so you can clear karma. Ok...that sounds like a big statement, but it's actually what we're going to do. The premise is fairly simple. You, as a human being, have karma. It's needed to bind your spirit to your body. Your ego is not a bad thing, but a container to hold your perception of life, and therefore your karma. What you put in that container depends on what kind of karma you have and how much. Either way, it can be cleared. Clearing karma allows you to "make room" in your ego container for light. By understanding how universal laws work within the life cycle and your psyche, you can circumvent karma and clear it.  Sound easy?? It is... and it isn't. Like all things, it's hard at first because you don't know how to do it. Everything is easy once you know how. I'm going to show you how. Interested???
Boston has let me know that this class is now full, for more information of future classes please send an email to Boston at http://www.nowageknowledge.com/ with a request about future classes.

7pm to 9pm

I started playing acoustic guitar at 14. I developed a style that continues to this day. I went to a lot of live music in the mid 70's. The light bulb went off at a grateful dead show in '78 at cap center I moved to New Orleans, and played music on the street. Making my living this way made me a very audience savvy performer. I decided on a lark to move to Montana to drive a truck for Glacier Park Inc. I lived there 4 years and learned to climb mountains and ride horses. I played in the lodge on Wednesday and Sunday nights. A radical departure but it PAYED!!! No originals yet! I met a wonderful girl there named Sharon, from Massachusetts; we hit it off and were married in '93. In '95 we moved to Redmond, Washington. Soon we got a house of our own in Monroe. I didn't play very much in this period. Just around the house and on the porch. In September, after my B- day, 2008, recovering from a battle with alcohol, I went on the wagon, AND started writing my own songs. I soon decided to shift my whole focus to writing songs and performing them. I've had some great success and have a radio ready CD out and I can't wait to do another. To all my old friends I say thanks for putting up with me all these years. To my new friends, peace, love, and hope. My dream was always to be a singer/songwriter and now I'm that. If I go no farther, I'm OK with it, my dream still came true...... Find your passion and don't give up!!!!!!!!! CHEERS, MARK

Next weeks Tuesday Lecturer and Saturdays Live music will be:
Tues. June, 2nd Lecture: 7-9pm, Gila, "The Song of Songs, King Solomon's Songs of the Devine Union"
Join Gila for an evening of uplifting song and dance to help celebrate her cd "The Song of Songs". The cd is a heartfelt, at times sensual, collection of poems from the Hebrew Bible whose authorships attributed to King Solomon. These poems to the Beloved speak of the divine union at all levels. They are languaged in the most beautiful poetry. Their sheer beauty is an elixir that opens the heart with allegories that illuminate the path to higher states of consciousness. Every line of this book is encoded with much esoteric wisdom, evoking and invoking that which is inherent to every heart.
